Hearts look really nice.
Why not use the SVG file directly inside this webpage? And if you make it a .svgz (gzipped .svg) file you don't need a separate .zip file either.

Hey stelt, I would love to use the SVG directly inside my web page, but SVG support in browsers right now is pretty limited and in some cases almost unpredictable.

I find it much easier to just export the SVG files into PNG format and add a background in paint.
